Please! No Squash In My Tortilla Soup.....

A week ago Friday night we went to Primo's new location on Lake Ray Hubbard in Garland. We had been to the original Primo's location on McKinney Ave in Dallas and was never disappointed. However, the new Primo's location was a BIG disappointment. The food was awful. Their chicken tortilla soup was basically chicken broth with a few pieces of chicken, a strip or two of tortillas and had zucchini and yellow squash. Who makes tortilla soup with squash!

The service was bad, we saw our waitress maybe twice, and we almost got into an argument with her to bring us two glasses of water. She went to get tortillas to go with our Fajitas and never returned. And speaking of the Fajitas, the pork and chicken were so tough that we couldn't cut them with a knife. We will not be returning to Primo's at Lake Ray Hubbard. And our word of mouth will express the same.
